All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date or offer a substitute item.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes but exclude shipping and handling fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Payoneer, Cryptocurrency, and online bank transfers. Payments must be made at the time of purchase, and your credit card or bank account will be charged once your order is processed.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Sri Lanka. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. While we aim to deliver orders within 1-3 working days, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping fees will be based on standard courier charges, which are payable by the customer upon delivery in cash.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. To arrange a return, please contact us at info@powerhub.lk or call us at (94) 741004507. A replacement unit will be issued upon inspection of the returned product, provided it was damaged during delivery or is not functioning properly.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Certain items may be opened, checked, and affixed with a warranty sticker by our staff before dispatching.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the information, products, or services on our website.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products, including indirect or consequential losses or damages.

Products without serial numbers will have warranty stickers applied by our staff. If the sticker is damaged or removed, the warranty will be void. Warranty terms such as “3Y/2Y/1Y/6M/3M” will indicate the duration of the warranty, with “Y” representing “Year(s)” and “M” representing “Month(s).” Products without such labels are considered to have no warranty.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
