Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase. If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part and the purchase is within 7 days, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, an incorrect order, or if the item is free from defects, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for both returning the item and receiving the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed based on the value of the returned item(s), and the amount will be credited to your bank account or credit card within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges

Warranty

All our products come with a warranty. However, the warranty will be void if:

  • The product has been physically damaged while in use by the customer.
  • The product has been damaged by water.
